| Together with representatives of Aragonese Trade Unions and Employers Organizations, Javier Fernández has got a firsthand knowledge of the advanced policy of equal employment opportunity for men and women of a Company in the Metallurgical Business, in which women account for 43.75% of its staff.
Last Friday, the Head Offices of Dana Automocion in Zaragoza were visited by the Delegate of the Government in Aragon, as well as by representatives of different Trade Unions and Employers Organizations of the Region, in order to get a firsthand knowledge of the different actions of the renowned policy of equal employment opportunity for men and women implemented by the Manufacturer of automotive sealing systems and components within the frame of the Optima Program.
Alfonso Orduña, General Manager of the Zaragoza Plant of Dana Automoción, together with his Management Team, welcomed the Delegate of the Government in Aragon, Javier Fernández, the Chairman of the Regional Confederation of Employers of Aragon (CREA), Jesús Morte, the General Secretary of the Trade Union Comisiones Obreras (CCOO) in Aragon, Julián Buey, and the General Secretary of the Trade Union Unión General de Trabajadores (UGT) in Aragon, Julián Loriz.
