Disputes arising hereunder shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction in Zaragoza, in case the user is a trader as defined by the commercial code, or in case the trader has its seat abroad or plans to move there. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain to the exclusion of the UN-agreement regarding contracts about international commerce.
2. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect their validity and enforceability. Right now the contracting parties will undertake to reach an alternative provision that will come closest to the economic result of the provision that is no longer valid.
